This workout gets you shredded... FAST

Here’s a sample two-day plan you can plug in right away: 

Day 1: Strength (about 45 minutes)

  • Bench Press – 5 reps every minute for 10 minutes, same weight range. 

  • Barbell Row – 5 reps every minute for 10 minutes. 
    (Warm up for 5 minutes before each exercise. By the last few sets, the weight should feel tough but doable with good form.) 

Day 2: Conditioning (about 30 minutes) 
Set a timer to beep every minute. Do the movement, then rest until the next minute starts. Cycle through these six moves for 5 rounds (30 minutes total): 

  1. Run 50 seconds at ~75% effort 

  1. 12 calories on the Air Bike 

  1. 10 Burpees 

  1. 15 Slam Balls (30–50 lbs) 

  1. 10 calories on the Row Machine 

  1. 10 calories on the Ski Erg
