Overview

All sales are final. Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of nutritional supplements that have left our facility except in the limited circumstances outlined below. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
 

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

A refund will be issued only after the product is returned to us and meets the specified conditions. Returns and refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Shipment: If you receive a product that does not match your order, contact us immediately to initiate the return and refund process. The product must be unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • Exceptional Cases: At BioProtein Technology’s sole discretion, we may approve a return and refund for other reasons if the following conditions are met:
  • The product is unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The product was purchased directly from BioProtein Technology.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Return and Refund Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Return Label: If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Inspection: Returned products will be inspected within 1–2 business days of receipt to verify eligibility. Products must typically be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging, unless otherwise approved for opened products at our discretion.
  4. Refund Issuance: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your banking institution or payment provider’s account.
